Job Description

Requirements
* Strong IT skills, specifically in Microsoft Office; training will be provided on our management information system.
* Excellent communication skills, be organized, energetic and able to remain calm in a busy environment.
* Ability to relate to the Academy’s students is crucial.
* GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or above (or equivalent).
Responsibilities
* Support daily attendance processes and contribute to a positive school environment.
* Work as part of a team with a proactive approach to work.
* Attend to student needs and maintain a safe, well-cared-for environment consistent with the school’s culture of kindness, positivity and mutual respect.
