About you
We’re looking for a motivated professional with proven success and at least 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced, high-volume call environments such as call centres, telesales, or customer service. You’ll have experience engaging senior decision makers through outbound calls, with the confidence to influence, negotiate, and build strong business relationships. Strong communication skills are essential, along with sharp attention to detail and a results-driven mindset. You should be organised, process-oriented, and comfortable managing your own client accounts. Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office is a plus, and prior success in overcoming gatekeepers and driving sales outcomes would be an advantage. The role
The Inside Sales Executive proactively reaches out to marketing-generated inquiries and engaged leads to optimise revenue generation via phone-based sales of WorkNest products and services. Your role is to qualify leads from marketing campaigns, using phone, email, and social methods, along with B2B experience with senior decision-makers, through outbound sales efforts, and familiarity with Salesforce CRM. Your contribution will propel WorkNest toward becoming a leading provider of outsourced Employment Law, HR and Health & Safety services in the UK.
