About Us

Perk (formerly TravelPerk) is the intelligent platform for travel and spend management. Built to tackle the time‑consuming, manual work that gets in the way of real work, our tools automate everything from travel bookings to expenses, invoice processing, and more. By eliminating this shadow work that wastes hours, erodes morale, and saps innovation, we’re on a mission to power real work, with real impact.

We’re trusted by more than 10,000 companies worldwide, including Wise, On Running, Breitling, and Fabletics, and we’re tackling the 7 hours of lost productivity per employee each week, a $1.7 trillion problem.

Founded in 2015, Perk has grown into a global company of more than 1,800 people across 12 offices globally, with headquarters in London and Boston. We combine innovation, control, and simplicity to transform how businesses work and how people feel at work.

We value curiosity, purpose, and mindset, and we develop a team of leading minds from travel and SaaS, representing over 70 countries. If you’re excited about having a real impact and shaping how millions of people experience work, we’d love you on the team. Visit www.perk.com to learn more.

In this role, you will ensure seamless IT support coverage, resolve technical and audio‑visual issues, assist with infrastructure projects, and contribute to automation and process‑optimization initiatives. You’ll play a critical role in enhancing the user experience, driving operational efficiency, and helping our business scale across Europe.

What Will Your Day Look Like?

Escalation & Mentorship

* Serve as an escalation point for the Service Desk team, providing guidance on complex issues and mentoring colleagues to build team capability.

Infrastructure Projects & Automation

* Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring IT infrastructure projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and best practices are met.
* Develop and maintain scripts and automation workflows across platforms such as Okta, Slack, and Make.com to streamline operations.
* Integrate and leverage REST APIs to enhance tooling and automate repetitive tasks.
* Configure, optimize, and maintain monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix).
* Apply fundamental knowledge of DevOps tools such as GitHub and Terraform, and maintain a solid understanding of core infrastructure tools, including identity management systems and Jamf environments.

Operational Excellence

* Anticipate potential IT issues and proactively mitigate risks.
* Analyze operational and performance trends using data‑driven insights to inform decisions and support strategic objectives.
* Continuously identify opportunities to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the reliability of platforms and tools.

Collaboration & Initiative

* Evaluate new tools and provide recommendations aligned with team and business needs.
* Develop reusable components and adhere to established standards for automation and tooling.
* Collaborate effectively across teams, providing feedback and contributing to shared systems and processes.

What We Offer

* Competitive compensation including equity in the company.
* Health perks such as private healthcare or gym allowance (depending on location).
* Flexible compensation plan to help you diversify and increase your net salary.
* Unforgettable TravelPerk events, including opportunities to travel to our hubs.
* Mental health support tools for your wellbeing.
* Exponential growth opportunities to develop your career.

Work Model & Location

We take an IRL‑first approach to work, with the team working together in‑person three days a week. This role requires you to be based within commuting distance of our London or Barcelona hub. We can help with relocation from anywhere in the world for suitable candidates.

Qualities We Value

We prioritize experience and potential over formal academic qualifications. Talent and ability are our primary focus.
