Please note: This position is for night shifts only. Our shift pattern is three nights on in week one and two nights on in week two.
About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Care Assistant to join our team. Whether providing long-term, short-term, convalescence, respite, or palliative care, our focus is on delivering the highest quality service at all times. Do you fit this role?
Responsibilities
1. Assist residents with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing, and meals, under the guidance of a Registered Nurse.
2. Provide care that respects residents' dignity and individuality, engaging in activities within the care home.
3. Support residents with limited mobility, emotional needs, or end-of-life care, always prioritizing their well-being.
4. Recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect, and know how to report concerns. Attend safeguarding training and seek appropriate advice when needed.
