Graduate Landscape Architect - Lichfield - 2026 Graduate Scheme
Pegasus Group welcome applications for our 2026 Graduate Training Scheme. We invite you to join our dynamic Environment team in our Lichfield office, where you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects for diverse clients.
Please note that due to changes in Government Legislation we are unable to fulfil the remuneration requirements for Graduate level, therefore unable to accept applications from individuals who hold a student or Graduate Visa.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for candidates to hold a relevant degree in Landscape Architecture or a related subject.
We are seeking graduates who can demonstrate:
* A logical and analytical approach
* Great problem-solving and communication skills
* Ability to use your own initiative and to think outside the box.
Work experience in Landscape Architecture would be advantageous but is not essential as you’ll be learning your new role on the job and with the support from our Graduate Training Scheme.

As Graduate Landscape Architect, you will work closely with the Landscape team to support with landscape design and planning at various stages of the development process.
