Overview Of Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to learn new skills and develop an exciting career in content marketing and communications. The Content Marketing Specialist will join a small team of specialists who create compelling, persuasive and informative content that builds brand awareness, attracts leads and converts these leads into warm prospects. You will be highly motivated and enthusiastic, able to write across mediums and channels, and tailor key messages to different buyer personas. Thought leadership is the cornerstone of Fenergos lead generation and nurturing activity. You will translate complex technology-based content into compelling stories that support our lead lifecycle process. Your role will span support content marketing, PR and analyst relations, allowing you to expand experience across these critical communications divisions.

Please note this is a Fixed Term Contract for a period of 6 months.


Responsibilities

Content Marketing:

* Support Content Director and Senior Specialist with the development and promotion of whitepapers, blogs, videos, case studies, emails, social ads, digital ads, etc.
* Manage webinar logistics including panel recruitment, preparation, recording and publishing to website and liaison with digital marketing.
* Collate monthly reports including metrics for campaigns and standalone content pieces.
* Assist with writing landing page and web content (descriptions, etc.) of videos, case studies and awards.
* Assist with editing of video content and leveraging AI tools to summarize webinars and long-form content for blogs.
* Support with writing and submitting speaking proposals for major events.
* Manage SEO blog schedule including proofreading to ensure message and grammar accuracy and publishing to website.
* Collaborate with the digital marketing team to deliver content across channels (email, social, PPC/SEO, digital adverts, website) to drive traffic and improve conversions.

Public Relations and Analyst Relations:

* Manage an annual global awards calendar including writing and submitting award entries and promoting wins.
* Coordinate promotion of analyst rankings via channels such as social media and website.
* Support logistics for annual events in key locations.
* Track and report media coverage daily and prepare monthly reports.
* Support with distributing internal Daily News Update emails.


Requirements

Experience:

* 1-2 years experience in public relations or content marketing, in an agency or in-house environment.
* B2B technology experience with strong media knowledge.
* Proven experience planning, managing, and launching content and/or PR campaigns across earned and owned channels.
* Experience working with senior stakeholders and contributors.

Skills:

* Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills.
* Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills.
* Outstanding writing ability that informs, educates, and persuades.
* Ability to combine creative thinking with commercial and product understanding.
* Skilled in writing across multiple formats (digital, social, print) and for a variety of audiences and personas.
* Strong attention to detail with a passion for delivering high-quality, outcome-focused work.

Nice to Have:

* A degree in communications, journalism, marketing or related field.


Content Marketing (Continued)

* Support with development and promotion of content types including whitepapers, blogs, videos, case studies, emails, and ads.
* Cover webinar-related responsibilities and monthly content reporting.
* Assist with landing page and web content creation for videos, case studies and awards.
* Assist with video editing and summarization of long-form content using AI tools.
* Contribute to speaking proposals for major events and manage an SEO blog schedule.
* Collaborate with digital marketing to ensure content supports engagement and conversions.
