Teaching Personnel is seeking a skilled and compassionate Teacher to support pupils with both Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs starting September 2025.
About the Role:
* Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to SEN and SEMH pupils’ individual needs
* Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behaviour support plans
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports emotional wellbeing and academic progress
* Work closely with SENCOs, therapists, support staff, and families to provide holistic care and education
* Monitor pupil progress and adapt teaching strategies to promote engagement and success
Who we’re looking for:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in SEN and SEMH education
* Strong understanding of SEMH challenges and effective behaviour management techniques
* Empathetic, patient, and resilient with excellent communication skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team
* DBS check or willingness to obtain one
