About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and organised Administrative Assistant to join our busy office in Coatbridge. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills, ideally with previous experience in a legal or conveyancing environment.
Key Responsibilities
* General administrative support to solicitors and legal staff
* Audio and copy typing of legal documents and correspondence
* Managing and maintaining client files (paper and digital)
* Filing, scanning, and document organisation
* Handling incoming and outgoing mail
* Answering telephone calls and taking messages
* Scheduling appointments and managing diaries
* Assisting with conveyancing administration (preferred)
Skills & Experience Required
* Previous administrative experience (essential)
* Experience within a legal or conveyancing environment (preferred)
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly:
o Outlook
o Excel
o Word
* Strong typing skills and attention to detail
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Professional and friendly communication manner
