We’re a growing in-house marketing team focused on delivering smart, data-driven performance campaigns. Collaboration and curiosity sit at the heart of how we work — we value people who bring ideas, share knowledge, and enjoy solving problems together.
Our approach balances creativity with performance, giving every team member space to learn, grow, and make a real difference to results.
The Role
We’re looking for a PPC Manager with solid hands-on experience across search campaigns and strong knowledge of SA360. You’ll manage day-to-day campaign performance, support wider marketing initiatives, and play a key role in optimising paid search strategy across multiple markets.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys autonomy, analytical thinking, and seeing the direct impact of their work on business growth.

* Monitor performance and deliver regular insights to internal stakeholders
* Plan and execute testing across bidding, creatives, and audience segments
* Collaborate with content, data, and creative teams to align campaigns with wider marketing goals
* Stay current on platform updates and emerging best practices
* Contribute to forecasting, reporting, and budget management
What We’re Looking For
* Around 4 years’ hands-on PPC experience, ideally in-house or with strong client exposure
* Proficiency in SA360, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads
* Confident analysing campaign data and presenting findings clearly
* Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects
* Collaborative mindset and an interest in continuous learning
What You’ll Get
* Fully remote working (UK-based)
* Flexible working hours and supportive team culture
* Opportunities for professional development and certification
* Inclusive, open environment that values wellbeing and growth
* Involvement in meaningful, high-impact campaigns
