We're looking for a hands-on, proactive Drainage Assistant to join our fast-paced operations team in Rochford. You'll be supporting our experienced HGV drivers and assisting with day-to-day operations to ensure the efficient delivery of jetting and tankering services.

What You'll Be Doing:
* Supporting the operation of high-spec jetting and vacuum tankers on-site and in the yard.
* Carrying out routine checks and maintenance on jetting equipment and tankers.
* Assisting with cleansing, suction, and jetting tasks - keeping systems running efficiently.
* Preparing equipment before and after jobs (e.g. draining, cleaning, refuelling, AdBlue top-up).
* Helping with vehicle upkeep, including MOTs, servicing, and minor repairs.
* Working alongside skilled HGV drivers and managers to deliver top-quality service.
What You'll Bring:
* A full clean UK Driving Licence (essential).
* A great work ethic and the willingness to learn.
* A strong team player mentality and a can-do attitude.
* A commitment to working safely and following procedures.
* Experience or certifications in Jetting, Street Works, or Confined Spaces is desirable.
