SITE AGENT Rate: £45-£50 per hour (Inside of IR35) Duration: 12 Months - depending on construction timescales, may be extended Location: Site based, Faslane, Argyll & Bute The Site Agent will be responsible for the management of the construction site in order to achieve required project delivery to the customers' objectives, while maintaining standards of health and safety, quality, environmental impact and cost control. They will deliver the project to the specified quality, the required programme and to the maximum commercial performance. The post-holder will work closely with the Project Manager, Site Engineers and Site Supervisors to ensure the project is completed in a safe manner whilst customer requirements and expectations are always maintained or exceeded. Key Responsibilities: Site Management Assume overall responsibility for the safe & timely delivery of construction on site Deliver the work safely and without environmental incidents Deliver the work to the specified quality without defects Manage and coordinate site staff, including subcontractors and suppliers Ensure production and implementation of RAMS, ITP's and waste Management plan, in line with company procedures & client expectations Ensure the commercial performance of the contract is maximised within the NEC contract conditions Manage the site to ensure adequate resources & materials are available when required to complete t...
