Position Overview:
Seeking a driven and commercially focused Major Account Product Manager to accelerate growth in the UK. This field-based role involves developing new business with major end-user accounts and collaborating with our dealer network. The ideal candidate will proactively identify opportunities and influence senior buying decisions while maintaining professionalism through our dealer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities with major UK-based end users.
* Engage with key decision-makers within interregional accounts to generate demand for Combilift solutions.
* Collaborate with UK dealer partners to deliver proposals, demonstrations, and support.
* Support dealers with technical knowledge, customer insights, and deal structuring to secure key accounts.
* Deliver product presentations, site surveys, and solution recommendations to prospects.
Work closely with engineering, marketing, and customer support to tailor solutions. Maintain strong knowledge of product portfolio and industry applications. Represent Combilift at trade shows, dealer events, and customer visits.
Key Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in industrial, construction, or capital equipment sectors.
* Ability to generate and convert new business, especially with complex or high-value products.
* Excellent communication and relationship management skills for end-user and dealer relationships.
* Self-motivated, autonomous, and field-oriented.
* Understanding of dealer distribution sales models is advantageous.
* Full UK driving license and willingness to travel across the UK.
* Experience selling through or within dealer networks.
* Knowledge of materials handling, warehousing, or manufacturing environments.
* Technical or engineering background is a plus.
* Prior experience with capital or industrial equipment sales.
