Team Clinical Administrator – Early Intervention Service
The post holder will provide a comprehensive administration and information service to the Early Intervention service within the Mental Health Network, coordinating activities with the Business Administration Team to ensure an efficient and confidential service.
The role requires alignment to a specific team and flexibility to respond to the needs of the Networks administrative service, providing cover to departments on various sites as directed by the Admin Manager to ensure continuity of a quality service provision.
Primary responsibilities include supporting our Clinical Teams, maintaining accurate records, liaising with staff, service users, visitors and carers, and managing day‑to‑day administrative tasks.
Qualifications and Key Skills
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a wider admin team.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff, service users, visitors and carers.
* Computer literacy, proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
* Good telephone manner and confident handling of confidential information.
