The Role We're looking for a proactive and skilled Workshop Supervisor to support our Workshop Manager in the smooth day-to-day running of our busy workshop! You'll coordinate production activities, oversee schedules, and lead a talented team of joiners, machinists, and finishers. This is a hands-on role where your leadership, problem-solving skills, and commitment to high standards will help us maintain our reputation for outstanding results and customer service.
