Property Litigation Partner - Bristol
A well-established, ambitious law firm with a significant presence across the South West and London is seeking a Property Litigation Partner to join their Bristol office. This is a rare opportunity to lead a growing Property Disputes team known for delivering exceptional commercial property advice across a diverse client base.
The successful candidate will be a proven commercial property litigator with a track record of handling complex landlord and tenant disputes and property-related litigation. They will have the confidence and experience to run their own caseload independently, while playing a pivotal role in expanding the team's reach and supporting wider Real Estate division goals.
Key to this role is the ability to combine outstanding technical expertise with a commercial mindset and a natural aptitude for client relationship management. The right candidate will already have a strong network of contacts and a demonstrated ability to convert business development activity into new instructions.
Beyond managing files, they will take ownership of business growth, leading client development plans and embedding a culture of excellent service. Leadership extends to coaching junior colleagues, managing performance, and ensuring matters are handled profitably and efficiently.
