Job Title: General Labourer / FLT Counterbalance Operator
Hourly Rate: £12.21
Hours: 20–25 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday (flexible hours)
Industry: Commercial Printing
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operating a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently
2. Waste extraction and disposal across the site
3. General cleaning and housekeeping duties within the building
4. Assisting with manual handling and basic labouring tasks as required
5. Supporting the production environment to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements:
6. Valid FLT Counterbalance licence (in-date)
7. Previous experience in a warehouse, labouring or industrial setting
8. Good level of physical fitness due to manual handling requirements
9. Reliability and a strong work ethic
10. Ability to work flexibly Monday–Friday (20–25 hours per week)
