Your new roleAs Finance Manager, you will report directly to the Finance Director and work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team. You’ll be responsible for overseeing thepany’s financial reporting, accounting operations, andpliance, while playing a key role in shaping financial strategy and supporting business growth.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Preparing and finalising monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
2. Conducting financial analysis and variance reporting
3. Managing accounts payable/receivable, stock, and cash disbursements
4. Leading external audit coordination and statutorypliance
5. Overseeing treasury management and banking activities
6. Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
7. Embedding internal controls and driving process improvements
8. Leading cost reviews and challenging inefficiencies
9. Supporting ERP system integration and transaction management

What you'll need to succeedTo thrive in this role, you’ll need:
10. At least 3 years’ experience in a similar finance role
11. CAI / ACA qualification (or equivalent experience)
12. Strong financial reporting and analysis skills
13. Advanced Excel and proficiency in MS Office
14. Excellent time management and organisational skills
15. A proactive, analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach
