We are supporting a design‑led manufacturing business delivering engineered infrastructure solutions into the built environment and critical sectors.
With an established customer base and strong market presence, the business is entering a new phase of growth, with a clear focus on increasing market share through installer networks and specifier engagement.
This is a senior leadership role, responsible for leading and developing the commercial function while driving both account growth and new business activity.
The role
* Lead the sales function across field sales, internal sales and marketing
* Develop and execute commercial strategy to drive revenue growth
* Retain and grow key strategic accounts
* Drive new business through installer networks and specifier‑led routes to market
* Build relationships with consultants, architects, contractors and installation partners
* Strengthen routes to market across specification, distribution and delivery channels
* Work closely with senior leadership to support wider business growth plans
The person
* Proven commercial leader within engineered or project‑led environments
* Experience selling into construction, infrastructure or technically‑led markets
* Strong track record working with installers and specifiers
* Experience across security‑rated products or hostile vehicle mitigation is highly desirable
* Comfortable operating across multi‑channel routes to market
* Able to lead teams while remaining close to customers and opportunities
