As a Senior Manager within our Centre of Excellence, you will apply your substantial experience to identify opportunities and design, implement and govern scalable, high‑performing solutions that combine Palantir’s proven AI technology with our strategy, delivery and transformation expertise, to help clients tackle complex challenges at speed.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and demonstrate your growth as a strategic advisor, to design and implement Palantir Foundry‑enabled solutions that drive strategic transformations through technology, AI and data.
* Apply your substantial understanding of Palantir Foundry to drive value creation and strategic transformation for clients, optimising their digital investment for maximum business impact.
* Collaborate with client Enterprise Architects, CDOs and CIOs to design and implement scalable data architectures and operational models within Foundry, overseeing key design and deployment decisions.
* Guide cross‑functional teams, leveraging diverse skills, assessing delivery risks and reviewing technical outputs to deliver tailored, high‑value Foundry solutions to clients across complex environments.
* Develop and sustain high‑performing, diverse, and inclusive teams, motivating and coaching others to ask thoughtful questions and solve through complexity.
* Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, fostering collaboration and enhancing client value to drive project success.
* Identify opportunities that drive the success and growth of PwC and our strategic alliance with Palantir.
* Model and reinforce professional and technical standards, the firm's code of conduct, and independence requirements.
Skills And Experience
* Experienced across data/analytics/engineering or consulting. Demonstratable track record of high‑quality delivery of scalable data products within complex client environments.
* Working knowledge and hands‑on experience of Foundry building blocks (e.g. Ontology, pipelines, apps, AIP). Palantir Foundry certifications desirable.
* Some experience in object‑oriented design, software engineering and experience in at least one relevant coding language (e.g. Python/PySpark, R, Java, Typescript, SQL).
* Experience of UX design and/or data visualisation.
* Strong understanding of data engineering, data modelling, and platform integration across enterprise environments.
* Demonstrated adaptability and ability to learn new tools quickly, taking on open‑ended problems in unstructured and fast‑paced environments.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, influencing others to gain alignment and move things forward.
* Proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential challenges.
* Ability to develop, lead and motivate a team of technical consultants.
* Extensive experience in Financial Services, Government, Healthcare, Energy or Manufacturing.
* Transferable government clearance (SC, DV) desirable.
