Lead Penetration Tester – UK Remote | £70K–£100K
We’re working with a specialist UK based cybersecurity consultancy to find a Lead Penetration Tester who’s ready to step into a leadership role without stepping away from the keyboard. This is a rare opportunity to shape technical delivery across a wide range of engagements from web apps and infrastructure to mobile, cloud, and red teaming, while maintaining deep technical involvement.
What You’ll Do
* Lead engagements across multiple domains: web, infrastructure, mobile, cloud, and red team
* Own client relationships and act as the primary technical point of contact
* Set technical direction and ensure high quality delivery across projects
* Collaborate with a team of experienced testers, no junior mentoring required
* Contribute strategically to service development and client growth
What You Bring
* Proven experience in penetration testing across multiple verticals
* Strong technical depth in at least two of: web app, infrastructure, mobile, cloud
* Experience leading engagements or mentoring peers
* Excellent communication skills and client-facing confidence
* Relevant certifications (e.g., OSCP, OSCE, CRT, CREST) are a plus
