Salary £45,000
Hours - Monday - Friday 40 hours per week (08:00 - 17:30, rota-based)

About the Role
As Health & Safety Manager, you''ll be the go-to person for all matters relating to workplace safety, reporting directly to the General Manager. You''ll drive continuous improvement by:
* Developing and implementing health & safety policies and procedures
* Carrying out audits, inspections, and risk assessments
* Delivering training and coaching to staff at all levels
* Investigating and reporting on incidents and accidents
* Working closely with department heads to ensure compliance and a strong safety culture.
To be successful in this role, you''ll need
* 3+ years of recent, relevant experience in Health & Safety management
* NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) - essential
* NEBOSH National Fire Certificate in Fire Safety & Fire Safety Management
* COSHH training and practical application experience
* Proven expertise in fire risk assessments and incident investigations
* Strong track record of advising managers, implementing policies, and leading training sessions
* Up-to-date knowledge of Health & Safety legislation
