MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE / BUSINESS MANAGEMENT
1. Deliver outstanding service by engaging, connecting, and servicing all visitors with the appropriate behaviour (attitude, outfit, and make-up look in line with KIKO standards).
2. Achieve business goals set by the Store Manager (Customer Experience, Sales, KPIs).
3. Satisfy customers’ needs through cross-selling products.
4. Complete all BeKIKO dossiers, quizzes, and training modules.
5. Update management on issues affecting customer experience and KPI results (e.g., trends, stock, housekeeping).
6. Potentially undertake responsibilities as a ‘Beauty Tutor’ to assist in training the store team.
PROCEDURES & POLICIES EXECUTION
1. Ensure the store complies with all KIKO standards.
2. Follow KIKO standards and procedures as outlined in the KIKO STORE BOOK and explained by the Store Manager.
3. Maintain high standards in store image (layout, merchandising, housekeeping) and customer care.
4. Stay updated on market trends.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
* 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in fashion or beauty.
* Strong knowledge of beauty products and trends.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Proven ability to meet sales targets.
* Experience in product demonstrations and makeup application.
* Knowledge of skincare routines and techniques.
* Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area.
