The Role
Linsco is working with a national developer to find an experienced Assistant Site Manager based in the Pontefract area. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with house builder experience to join a well-established and award-winning company.
Responsibilities
* Maintain and deliver the build programme in accordance with budgets and forecasts, ensuring the final product meets high standards.
* Assist the Site Manager and work with site staff.
* Liaise with head office, NHBC, and local authority departments.
* Order materials timely to meet the build programme.
* Ensure all NHBC inspections are completed as required.
* Conduct handover inspections of properties to customers following customer care procedures.
* Address customer care defects promptly in collaboration with the customer care team.
* Promote a culture of safety, progress, quality, and innovation.
* Manage labour-only groundworkers/contractors effectively.
* Have excellent knowledge of construction build programmes and processes.
* Successfully meet customer service requirements.
* Be aware of relevant codes of practice such as NHBC and Building Regulations.
Qualifications & Training
* SMSTS or SSSTS Qualification
* CSCS Card
* First Aid Certification
* Fire Marshall Training
* Scaffolding Certification
