Offer description

Company Overview:

Impactable Investment Group is a majority employee-owned firm committed to scaling investments that drive positive social and environmental outcomes. We help institutional investors align their financial goals with meaningful impact, contributing to green and inclusive, sustainable growth on a global scale.

Specializing in Emerging Markets (EM), we offer impact-driven investment solutions that deliver competitive financial returns while improving lives at the bottom of the economic pyramid.

As we continue to grow, we seek talented professionals to join our mission. If you are passionate about impact investment and eager to make a tangible difference, Impactable is the place for you.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Sales Associate.

As a Sales Associate you will work with the team to represent our firm to our clients. You will work alongside, learn from and support senior Sales professionals, whilst developing your knowledge of impact investing and private markets. As we are a small, fast-growing and highly entrepreneurial business, you will be involved in all facets of the Sales process, including client outreach, CRM management, attending meetings, refining and updating materials, social media engagement, marketing and investor relations.

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys client interactions, is motivated to grow a business, has a deep care for Impact Investing, and wants to be a ‘partner’ and not an ‘employee’ in a firm. The culture of our firm, and in particular within the Sales team, is built on Community, Collaboration, Communication and Consistency.

Responsibilities:

* Develop a deep understanding of our firm, our product(s), the market, & trends - to be able to position our firm to better meet client needs.
* Support the Sales team: CRM management & support, client outreach, maintenance of client materials, attending meetings, exploring new markets, client channels, providing research on competitor products, social media engagement, newsletter production, etc...
* Participate in (and sometimes Chair) team meetings and contribute to discussions on the sales strategy.
* Support other functions and team members as needed.

Requirements:

* Academic qualifications in finance, economics, business, sustainability or a related field.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Enjoys building relationships - has previously been in or is interested in consultative selling.
* Knowledge of private markets and emerging markets would be advantageous. Prior experience in a sales role within an asset management firm would also be considered favourably.
* Prior experience with CRM systems.
* Demonstrated interest in impact investing, sustainable finance, or social entrepreneurship.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficient in Microsoft essential.
* Can commute to Guildford, Surrey UK (typically 2 days per week).

Applications will be considered on a rolling basis and so we advise applying as early as possible.
