Responsibilities • Manage the end-to-end purchasing process including RFQs, order placement, and supplier follow-up • Place and progress purchase orders, ensuring on-time delivery and resolving any supply issues • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to support cost, quality, and delivery targets • Monitor supplier performance against KPIs and address delivery or quality concerns • Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements • Maintain accurate supplier data including contact details, pricing, and payment terms • Support the onboarding of new suppliers and vendor setup processes • Communicate and manage non-conformances, ensuring effective resolution with suppliers and internal teams • Ensure high levels of accuracy and attention to detail across all procurement activities Person Specification • Previous experience within electronics manufacturing, EMS, or electronic components preferred • Proven track record managing the full ...
