Role summary
You will join our team as a Wholesale Service Desk Coordinator, delivering gold standard service to retailers and key stakeholders. Your role is to provide a results-oriented, customer-focused and efficient service aligned with industry-leading performance.
Responsibilities
* Input into the various company systems and Market Operator Interface to meet SLAs
* Provide excellent customer service to retailers and non-household customers by phone and email
* Liaise with key stakeholders to solve problems and ensure processes meet SLAs
* Arrange site visits for meters: repair/install, testing, or other non-household processes
* Update information on new connections to the Wholesaler’s Water and Sewerage Supply System (domestic and non-domestic)
* Review and process applications to be Registered as the Retailer to a newly connected Supply Point
* Review and update temporary and permanent disconnection requests
* Review applications for allowances (volumetric adjustments) and update in the Market Operating system
* Check Wholesaler systems for updates on ongoing work
* Respond to and resolve Retailer and non-household customer enquiries and complaints
* Use online services to determine whether a property is household or non-household
What we are looking for
* Good general standard of education in English and Maths
* Experience of working on a Service Desk or Contact Centre/back office environment
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Resilience and ability to stay calm under pressure
* Ability to prioritise and organise
* Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team to maintain a high level of service
* Desire to progress through a multi-skilled, fast-paced environment
