You’ll be a key role model—bringing STEM learning to life, building confidence in young women, and helping them visualise their place in the energy workforce of tomorrow.We’re looking for someone who:* Is educated to HNC level or above in an Engineering discipline (or has equivalent industry experience)* Has a natural flair for connecting with and motivating young learners* Can bring energy, creativity and real-world insight to classroom and outreach settings* Ideally holds a recognised Assessor qualification (A1, D32 or equivalent)* Holds a driving licence and is able to travel throughout Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire.Experience in renewables, offshore, or net-zero aligned technologies is a plus—but most important is your enthusiasm to make a lasting impact.
