The Role:
As a Financial Services Recruitment Consultant / Senior Consultant, you will:
* Build and manage relationships with clients and candidates in the financial services sector
* Deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions across specialist functions, including fund administration, compliance, operations, and technology
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from sourcing and interviewing to negotiation and placement
* Develop your market knowledge and become a trusted advisor to clients and candidates
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous recruitment experience covering the UK market (financial services experience is a plus)
* Experience recruiting across other regions is an advantage
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
* Ambitious, driven, and results-oriented mindset
