We're looking for an SDR to drive pipeline generation and early-stage deal development across ServiceNow and enterprise transformation opportunities. Working within the Growth & Sales Enablement function, you'll engage senior stakeholders and collaborate with sales, consulting, and leadership teams to deliver consistent, high-quality outreach.
Key responsibilities
* Lead prospecting and outreach across email, LinkedIn, and cold calling
* Engage senior stakeholders to understand challenges and position relevant solutions
* Generate and qualify opportunities to support Account Executives
* Build and maintain a consistent pipeline aligned to strategic target accounts
* Maintain accurate CRM records and track outreach activity
* Conduct market and account research to inform targeted engagement
* Collaborate with sales and consulting teams to refine messaging and campaigns
* Support early-stage deal progression and go-to-market initiatives
Required experience
* Experience in sales development, lead generation, or B2B outreach
* Ability to engage and communicate with senior stakeholders
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Comfortable in a fast-paced consulting or technology environment
Desirable experience
* Exposure to ServiceNow, SaaS, or digital transformation
* Experience with enterprise clients or consulting environments
* Strong research and personalisation capability
