We are proud to be partnered with an expanding Lloyd's/London market insurance business to secure an experienced reinsurance pricing actuary as part of a sustained period of growth.
A new role, this position will further support the expansion of their treaty team, working closely with the Head of Reinsurance across specialty and/or casualty lines.
You will be embedded within the underwriting team, but with support from the chief actuary and the wider actuarial function. There is excellent exposure on offer to deals and developing reinsurance structures by being active in broker meetings but also a number of committees. This will be across both international and US business.
Ideally we are seeking:
* Significant Specialty/Casualty treaty reinsurance pricing experience.
* Exposure to leading projects and junior actuaries.
* Experience in Tool development.
* Experience with annual model assumption reviews. Key factors being: Underlying GLR’s, Curves, Loss trend (by territory & LOB’s).
