Core Skills & Expertise:
* Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE): Configuration, customization, security model design, business process flows, and model-driven apps
* Financial Services CRM: Client lifecycle management, KYC/AML workflows, case management, opportunity tracking, and relationship hierarchy modeling
* Power Platform: Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI dashboards for financial insights and regulatory metrics
* Data & Integrations: Experience with Dataverse, API-based integrations, legacy system migrations, and data quality improvement
* Regulatory Alignment: Understanding of compliance requirements such as KYC, AML, GDPR, and audit-ready process design
* Stakeholder Engagement: Requirement gathering, workshop facilitation, solution documentation, UAT support, and user training
