KFM are currently recruiting an experienced Paint Sprayer to join our client’s busy and well-established team based in Hull. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong eye for detail, who takes pride in delivering high-quality finishes and working as part of a skilled production environment.

⦁ Full-time (40 hours a week)
⦁ Day Shift (Early finish on Friday)

The Role:
⦁ Prepare and spray components and equipment to a high standard of finish
⦁ Mix paints and ensure colour matching to required specifications
⦁ Carry out masking, sanding, and surface preparation work
⦁ Operate spray booths and maintain spray equipment
⦁ Inspect finished products for quality and consistency
⦁ Follow all health and safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment
Requirements:
⦁ Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer (Working with steel preferred)
⦁ Knowledge of paint mixing, application, and finishing techniques
⦁ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
⦁ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
⦁ Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
