Astute's Nuclear Team is partnering with a growing Engineering Consultancy to recruit an MEP Compliance & Commissioning Engineer based in Milton Keynes.

Responsibilities and duties of the MEP Compliance & Commissioning Engineer role
Within the role you will:
* Lead and carry out design reviews, including final Stage 3/4 reviews and contractor submissions
* Monitor installation works on site, ensuring compliance with design specifications and standards
* Liaise with clients and project stakeholders, providing updates and technical support
* Produce site reports and manage ongoing snagging through to final completion
* Develop and oversee Commissioning & Testing programmes and attend key sessions
* Track project changes, manage scope creep, and contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement processes
Professional qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:
* Strong foundations in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering
* Knowledge of key health and safety legislation and best practices
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
* Experience using AutoCAD
* Awareness of current British and industry standards
* Up-to-date knowledge of IT systems, technical methodologies, and information sources
Personal skills
The MEP Compliance & Commissioning Engineer role would suit someone who is:
