Job Description:
Join Finnebrogue as a Business Systems Project Manager to lead technology projects across our production sites. You will manage projects related to ERP, MES, automation, traceability, and digital quality tools, working with production, engineering, sustainability, and IT teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead planning and delivery of digital and tech projects to enhance production capabilities and efficiency.
2. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
3. Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
4. Ensure tech solutions meet food manufacturing standards, including compliance and sustainability.
5. Oversee the rollout of new systems like ERP, MES, SCADA, and digital tools.
6. Report progress, risks, and ROI to senior stakeholders.
7. Facilitate understanding and successful implementation among team members.
Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years experience managing tech or digital transformation projects.
Hours of Work:
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, core hours 10am to 4pm.
