£150 - £220 per day (dependent on experience)
Pearson Whiffin Education are delighted to be recruiting for a passionate and dedicated Geography Teacher to join a secondary school in Sheerness, Kent on a long-term temporary basis, starting Monday.
This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic teacher to join a committed Humanities department where Geography is a valued and popular subject. The school has a supportive leadership team and a focus on creating engaging learning experiences that encourage students to think critically about the world around them.
In order to qualify as a Geography Teacher, you will need:
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of the Geography curriculum at KS3 and KS4
• Proven classroom experience or training as a Geography Teacher
• A willingness to embrace new teaching technologies and approaches
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills
The Geography curriculum at this school is designed to bring learning to life, promoting curiosity and engagement through creative teaching and active participation.
