About the Role With your engineering background You'll be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining 5/6 axis CNC grinding machines-primarily Walter Helitronic and Rollomatic Tool & Cutter Grinders. Duties of a CNC Setter Operator Set up and operate CNC grinding machines to produce precision carbide tooling Maintain product specifications and inspect output using appropriate measuring equipment Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issuesExperience Required for a CNC Setter Operator Minimum 4 years of 5 axis machining / setting experience, tool grinding experience is a definite advantage Ability to read technical drawings and use inspection equipment Time-served apprenticeship preferred, or equivalent experience in engineering Fami...
