The Role
As Commercial Lead, you’ll take ownership of a key product portfolio within the business, driving global sales strategy, profitability, and go-to-market execution. Working cross-functionally with teams across sales, marketing, and product, you’ll shape commercial strategy, lead product launches, and identify growth opportunities across multiple international markets. You’ll own pricing, distribution, and trade investment decisions, while also managing forecasting, retailer relationships, and market expansion initiatives. With one direct report, this role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
Experience Required
We’re looking for a commercially minded leader who is ready to take ownership and drive results in a global FMCG setting.
* 3-5yrs experience in consumer goods, with strong commercial and P&L understanding
* Experience developing go-to-market strategies, pricing, and commercial plans
* Strong analytical and financial modelling skills (advanced Excel capability)
* Ability to work cross-functionally across sales, marketing, and product/NPD
* Experience managing or influencing retailer and distributor relationships
* Background in Beauty and/or Personal Care is highly advantageous
