Operations Manager – MOXY Aberdeen Airport
This position is based on a full-time contract.

We are seeking an energetic multitasker who leads from the front to maintain smooth hotel operations and inspires their team to overdeliver for guests by working hard and having fun. The ideal candidate maintains high standards for our guests, has an eye for detail, and possesses a sound business understanding. They build relationships with key partners and bring the Moxy brand to life by creating a fun and relaxed environment that makes guests feel at home.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
1. Supports the Captain in all aspects of hotel management.
2. Ensures excellent customer service, guest relations, and positive guest experiences.
3. Recruits and develops a team that delivers excellent service the Moxy way.
4. Ensures profitable hotel operations aligned with company goals.
5. Manages the team effectively and enforces company policies.
6. Participates actively in the day-to-day tasks of the team.
7. Manages Food & Beverage outlets according to Moxy standards.
8. Oversees hotel room inventory and guest check-in/out processes.
9. Follows all food safety, licensing, and health and safety policies to ensure safe working conditions.
10. Promotes and supports the Moxy brand and Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program.

Useful Experience
* Minimum 2 years of hotel management experience.
* Minimum 2 years of team management experience.
* Experience with property management systems, preferably Opera.
* Knowledge of Point of Sale systems, preferably Micros.
* Knowledge of food safety and licensing laws.
* Experience in maintaining brand standards.
* Experience in event management, marketing, or social media.
* Personal travel experience and familiarity with the travel industry.
