Key responsibilities
As the owner of your Coversure brokerage, you will:
* Develop and execute your business strategy and growth plan
* Lead sales, client service and daily operations
* Manage and mentor staff, building a high-performing local team
* Ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards are upheld
* Monitor performance metrics and financial KPIs to drive profitability
* Liaise with insurers, clients and central support teams
* Oversee marketing, local networking and new business development
Key skills and experience
This opportunity is ideal for professionals who:
* Have 5+ years of UK general insurance broking experience
* Understand how to grow and manage a profitable insurance book
* Are comfortable with business planning, sales strategy and goal setting
* Have managed or mentored people and can lead a team effectively
* Are confident using systems and data to improve performance
* Possess strong communication, relationship-building and leadership skills
