Robert Half Ltd are delighted to be partnering with a well-established organisation based in Kidlington to recruit a Bookkeeper. This position offers a varied workload across accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, VAT compliance and wider financial support. You will join a lovely, experienced team and benefit from flexible working hours while being based onsite.
Contract length: Permanent
Open to full-time or part-time (4 days per week)
Flexible working hours
Onsite role - potential to work from home one day per week following training & onboarding.
Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
Handle general bookkeeping duties and maintain accurate financial records
Prepare and submit VAT returns, including partial exemption reconciliations
Complete bank reconciliations
Process bank payments and support cash management activities
Provide support with a small element of payroll where required
Support ad-hoc finance tasks as needed
Strong bookkeeping experience with solid AP and AR knowledge
Confident performing bank reconciliations and managing bank payments
Experience with monthly reconciliations (utilities, balance sheet items, etc.)
Some payroll exposure or willingness to support small payroll tasks
