The Content Operations team is growing, and we need passionate individuals eager to help evolve our capabilities for the future. You’ll work closely with leaders across the business, including C-level executives.
As a Lead Content Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading a productive, happy, and high-performing team. You’ll play a key role in evolving content acquisition, publishing, and governance, and be a significant stakeholder in several multi-million-pound programs.

Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting your team and fostering an open, collaborative, and high-performing environment
* Managing metrics and functions related to successful content acquisition from creation to publication
* Handling contract procurement with suppliers
* Ensuring a healthy supply chain and quality assurance for content
* Managing operational relationships with content suppliers
* Line managing the Content Operations team, including setting OKRs, coaching, development, and budgeting
* Building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders to facilitate Content initiatives
Qualifications and experience:
* Experience managing large content projects across multiple verticals and workstreams with diverse stakeholders
* Excellent communication skills, including presenting and building consensus
* Ability to set quality standards for content and train colleagues
* Line management experience, including coaching and development
* Ability to work independently and make decisions autonomously
* Experience working with commercial partners
* Strong data analysis skills for reporting and decision-making
Desirable skills:
* Experience with content tools such as digital asset management systems
* Knowledge of photography rights management
