Due to continued growth and demand for our products, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to cover UK North and Ireland. This is an exciting opportunity to manage an established sales territory, foster strong customer relationships, and drive further business growth. While industry experience is a plus, we welcome individuals with transferable sales skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Account & Project Management:
* Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring project delivery from concept to completion.
* Oversee distribution networks, ensuring smooth operations and effective project management.
Customer Relationship Management:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers through regular site visits and ongoing engagement.
* Provide tailored solutions by understanding customers' needs, conducting site surveys, and ensuring accurate project specifications.
Sales Tracking & Forecasting:
* Monitor and manage sales performance, ensuring accurate forecasting and tracking of sales pipelines.
* Meet or exceed regional sales targets by driving growth within the existing customer base and identifying new opportunities.
New Business Development:
* Identify potential new clients and business opportunities in the UK North and Ireland regions.
* Develop strategies to expand market share in key sectors, aligning with the company's broader sales objectives.
Customer Responsiveness:
* Provide prompt, accurate, and professional responses to customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Proven Sales Experience:
* Experience in a sales or account management role, ideally within distribution networks or technical sales.
* Strong track record of building and maintaining client relationships, with effective diary and relationship management skills.
Analytical & Strategic Thinking:
* Strong skills in sales tracking, forecasting, and pipeline management, with the ability to proactively address any gaps in performance.
* Ability to conduct site surveys and develop solutions that meet customer requirements.
Technical Proficiency:
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), with the ability to quickly learn CRM systems.
Flexibility & Travel:
* Willingness to travel regularly across the UK North and Ireland regions and flexibility in working hours to accommodate customer needs.
Self-Motivation & Independence:
* Ability to work independently, manage your workload effectively, and drive results with minimal supervision.
Full UK Driving Licence:
* A valid UK driving licence is essential for this role due to the travel requirements.
