About the Role:
Our client, a vibrant and inclusive academy based in Wokingham, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Science Teacher to join their dynamic science department. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for ECTs looking to start or continue their teaching career in a supportive and forward-thinking school.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - ECTs welcome to apply
2. A strong subject knowledge in science (any discipline)
3. A passion for inspiring young people in the subject
4. Excellent classroom management and communication skills
5. A reflective and proactive approach to professional development
