Role Description
This is a hybrid position as Sales Development Representative located in Darlington, England. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for lead generation, communication, sales, and business development on a day-to-day basis. As well as staying on top of their opportunities and working alongside other team members to ensure smooth transitions through the sales cycle.
Responsibilities
* Strive to hit KPI targets month in, month out by booking qualified meetings with potential customers.
* Daily prospecting with a variety of different tools.
* Understand customer pain points and providing effective solutions.
* Collaborate effectively with teams across Marketing, Sales and Operations to ensure alignment and drive success.
* Stay informed on industry trends impacting potential customers and the industry as a whole.
Qualifications
* Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
* Sales and Business Development experience
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
* Uncapped commission structure
* Bank holidays off
