New Car Business Manager – Liverpool
Salary: £32,000 base + OTE £60,000 and a company car.
Richard Abson Group are currently assisting a main car dealership in Liverpool to find an experienced New Car Business Manager.
Responsibilities
* Focus on the sales strategy to increase sales revenue and profit in accordance with a growth plan and retention of current customers.
* Ensure compliance and regulatory sales processes to treat customers fairly.
* Adhere to retail policies in compliance with legal and manufacturer guidelines to pass internal/external audits.
* Achieve customer satisfaction and brand standard requirements for brand partners.
* Ensure Sales Executives are committed to customer satisfaction and process excellence.
* Facilitate all Sales Executives, ensuring they are trained and reviewed to required standards, providing coaching and development.
* Maintain relationships with internal colleagues, brand partners, finance and insurance partners.
* Lead a team of 5 Sales Executives.
* Work Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm, every other weekend off, plus an additional weekday off.
Qualifications
* Experience as a Business Manager, Sales Controller, Transaction Manager, or Senior Sales Executive.
* Excellent interpersonal and relationship skills.
* Ability to adapt to each customer and tailor finance packages to individual needs.
