The Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you’ll support the delivery of high-quality lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4. Your responsibilities will include:
* Working with small groups or individual students to reinforce key learning objectives
* Supporting subject-specific tasks, from science experiments to group projects
* Assisting with classroom routines and behaviour management
* Preparing engaging resources and learning materials
* Motivating students and encouraging active participation
Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for a graduate who:
* Holds a 2:1 degree or above in any subject (e.g. English, Maths, Science, Humanities, Languages)
* Has prior experience working with young people (e.g. tutoring, mentoring, youth work, or volunteering)
* Shows excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Is enthusiastic, dependable, and passionate about education
* Is considering a future in teaching, educational outreach, or related fields
