Classroom Support Assistant: Make a Lasting Impact!
We are a popular independent specialist school for children aged 5-19, known for our child-centered and enriched curriculum. We offer primary and secondary phases, vocational qualifications, and crucial life skills development. With over 110 pupils and an oversubscribed status, we provide a dynamic and rewarding place to work. We are looking for a dedicated Classroom Support Assistant to help our learners flourish, with an immediate start.
Responsibilities
* Supporting learners with complex needs on a 1:1, small group, and whole-class basis.
* Assisting children in achieving their learning objectives through a creative and interactive curriculum.
* Contributing to the creation of a positive and engaging learning environment where every child feels supported and valued.
* Using your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with staff and students.
Qualifications
* Relevant experience in supporting children, which can include voluntary experience.
* GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent).
* Eligibility to work in the UK.
* While a Teaching Assistant Qualification is desirable, it is not essential.

Details
This is a full-time position and applicants must be available Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:00 pm. This is a term-time only role with a start date as soon as possible.
