The Job Working closely with the wider corporate finance team, you will be involved across the following: Taking the lead & delivering on a range of valuation projects, including business valuations for transactions, financial reporting, & dispute purposes. Preparation of detailed valuation models. Managing client relationships, ensuring projects are completed efficiently & within agreed timelines. Support senior leadership in business development activities. The Ideal Candidate To be considered for this role, you will ideally possess the following criteria: Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) with strong previous corporate finance, valuations, or due diligence experience. Strong technical & analytical skills with advanced Excel & financial modelling experience. Excellent communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects & deliver high-quality work within agreed deadlines.
