We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Private Personal Assistant to support a high-profile individual. This is a varied and fast-paced role requiring discretion, flexibility, and exceptional attention to detail.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day personal affairs, including complex diary management, travel coordination, property oversight, and general lifestyle support. You will act as a key point of contact, liaising with household staff, external suppliers, and advisors to ensure everything runs smoothly.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, calm under pressure, and able to anticipate needs before they arise. Strong communication skills, a service-focused mindset, and the ability to handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality are essential.
A degree is required for this role, along with previous experience in a private PA or similar position. Applicants must be London-based and have the right to work in the UK.
