Job Description
Mango Solutions is looking for a part time Finance Administrator on behalf of our client based in Ilford.
Program :Mon-Fri from 09:30am to 2:30pm
Pay rate £13-£14 per hour
Must have prevoius experience as a finance administrator
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process high volumes of supplier invoices, and match to purchase orders
2. Maintain accurate purchase ledger records
3. Match invoices to goods received (GRNs)
4. Operate accounting systems including Sage and Xero
5. Assist in generating weekly/monthly reports for the Finance Manager
6. Provide general admin support to the finance team and wider business
Key Skills & Attributes:
7. Experience using accounting software (e.g., Sage, Xero)
8. High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
9. Clear written and verbal communication skills
10. Confident with Microsoft Excel
11. Able to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines
Desirable Experience:
12. Experience with Sage 50, Xero
